{"id":193,"date":"2021-10-28T00:22:59","date_gmt":"2021-10-27T22:22:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/branislavcvijic.com\/?p=193"},"modified":"2025-06-14T21:08:32","modified_gmt":"2025-06-14T19:08:32","slug":"cvrcak-i-mrav","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/branislavcvijic.com\/en\/cvrcak-i-mrav\/","title":{"rendered":"The Cricket and the Ant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On October 17, 2021, the association of artists \"Visoko C\" premiered the opera for children \"Cvr\u010dak i mrav\" at the Cultural Station \"E\u0111\u0161eg\" in Novi Sad.<\/p>\n<p>Aesop's fable \"The Cricket and the Ant\" has found its place in children's literature as one of the most loved and sought after stories. The controversy about whether it is better to play or work or work with a gig and a song is a challenge for us to make children think about what is the right thing.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to crickets and ants, a forest fairy appears in the role of narrator, who communicates with the children, sings and recites the story.
